- Tambahkan lagi 175 gram epung dan garam,uleni hingga alus (kalis).tidakk ada lagi yg menempel di tngan.
- Tutup mangkuk yang berisi adonan dengan kain bersih,biarkan adonan beristirahat 10-20 mnt.kemudian kempeskan (boleh dgn ditinju).
- Uangkan 1 sdm minyak zaitun ke loyang pizza,letakan adonan ke loyang,bentuk sesuai bentuk lotang (aku pakai loyang petak yah).
- Angkat adonan dari loyang,beri tepung terigu sesuai kebutuhan sedikit demi sedikit,untuk mengurangi kekakuan adonan.
- Ulung adonan dan bulatkan seperti bolah,kemudian bentuk lagi di loyang pizza.
- Tusuk dengan garpu baguan atas pizza,lalu beri semua toping dimulai dari saus dan berturut2 sesuai selera.
- Panaskan oven sampai 220 cc(api atas bawah).oven harus bener2 rata panasnya minimal 10 menit sebelum pizza dipanggang.
- Panggang pizza pada suhu 220 selama 20 menit sampi pizza matang.
