- Siapkan bahan2.
- Masukkan Kedalam Air hangat,gula kastor dan Ragi, aduk rata dan biarkan selama 10 Menit Sampai berbuih.itu tandanya ragi aktif..
- Masukkan minyak zaitun, aduk rata.
- Masukkan dan ayak dalam wadah, tepung terigu protein tinggi, Tepung protein sedang, serbuk Arang Organik, dan garam.
- Aduk rata,buat lubang di tengahnya,, kemudian tuang bahan cair,aduk rata dan uleni adonan selama 10 Menit Sampai Kalis, kemudian bulatkan adonan.
- Olesi permukaan adonan dengan minyak Zaitun, tutup dengan kain bersih dan istirahatkan selama 1 Jam sempai mengembang menjadi 2 kali lipat.
- Setelah adonan mengembang Keluarkan gas nya,dan adonan pun sudah untuk digunakan dan di cetak..
