- Kempiskan adonan, bentuk bola lagi, dan biarkan selama 30 menit - 1 jam.
- Kempiskan adonan kembali, bagi 3 sama rata.. lalu bungkus masing2 adoban dengan plastik wrap.
- Simpan adonan selama 24 jam di dalam freezer sebelum digunakan (saya pernah coba sampai 48 jam).
